Maintenance Technician
Keep two Kent Island communities running — the day-to-day maintenance of the property, from plumbing and electrical to carpentry and turnovers.
About the role
What you'll do
- Handle the day-to-day maintenance of the property.
- Plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting work.
- Install LVT flooring.
- Carpentry — installing exterior and interior doors and kitchen cabinets.
- Help the property stay compliant with USDA Rural Development regulations, ADA requirements, and company policy.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Exceptional people skills — you'll work with residents and vendors in person, and clear verbal and written communication is required.
- Prior property-maintenance experience is a plus.
