Fifth Management & Consulting, Inc. ("we") operates this website. We collect only what you give us and what basic web infrastructure requires, and we don't sell personal information.

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number if provided, and your message — so we can respond. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person, not a bot; Cloudflare's processing is described in its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use contact-form details only to respond to you and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use them for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure traffic, we use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics that do not identify individual visitors.

Links to our communities

Each of our apartment communities has its own website and its own privacy policy, and the resident portal is operated by our software provider under its own terms. This policy covers only this corporate site.
